Position Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to own the execution of marketing initiatives that boost traffic, conversions, and customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on—publishing, optimizing, and executing campaigns—rather than just planning them. You’ll work across a range of activities, from SEO improvements to email campaigns, supported by a wider team and marketing agency. You’ll also play a key role in evaluating ongoing strategy and identifying new opportunities to grow sales. This is a permanent, full-time remote role offering flexibility to manage your own schedule and location.

Key Responsibilities

    • Email Marketing – Build and manage Mailchimp campaigns, including automation workflows, newsletters, and announcements.
    • SEO Execution – Apply SEO recommendations to product pages and blog content to improve visibility and performance.
    • Outreach & Link Building – Research and run outreach campaigns, as well as oversee the Marketing Assistant’s link-building activities.
    • Social Media Management – Plan, draft, and schedule posts using social scheduling tools to maintain an active online presence.
    • Continuous Optimization – Identify opportunities to improve SEO, enhance AI-driven optimization, and elevate the quality of content across blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
    • Additional responsibilities depending on skills and experience:
    • Paid Ads Support – Review ad performance reports, recommend adjustments, and coordinate with designers for new ad creatives.
    • A/B Testing – Analyze test results, prepare actionable insights, and recommend follow-up experiments.
    • Analytics – Use GA4, Matomo, and Search Console to monitor performance and uncover growth opportunities.
    • Partnership Development – Research potential collaborations and manage outreach to establish joint marketing campaigns.

    • Skilled at writing in a professional yet approachable tone aligned with the company’s brand voice.
    • Impeccable attention to detail with error-free work.
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects.
    • Proactive self-starter, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
    • Flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively.

Preferred (Nice-to-haves)
