Position Overview
We are hiring a Mid-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s growing team. This fully remote role is ideal for sales professionals based in the Philippines with a proven track record in B2B prospecting, client engagement, and relationship building. You’ll play a crucial role in generating high-quality leads and nurturing relationships using tools like HubSpot, AI-assisted outreach platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

    • Use HubSpot, AI-powered calling tools, email outreach, and other prospecting platforms to generate qualified leads.
    • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and industries to personalize outreach and follow-up strategies.
    • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients to support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
    • Manage all client engagement activities, including discovery calls, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing.
    • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying, targeting, and engaging decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, strategy, and pipeline health.

Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B Sales Development or Lead Generation role.
    • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Comfortable with AI-assisted calling and email tools.
    • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent—both verbal and written.
    • Demonstrated success in outbound sales prospecting and cold outreach.
    • Experience working in remote international teams.
    • Familiarity with sales automation platforms and email tracking tools.
    • Background in SaaS, tech sales, or startup environments.
