Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Outbound Lead Generator to support our client in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. In this role, you will engage decision-makers through strategic outbound campaigns, using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B lead generation, a knack for personalized outreach, and a proven ability to schedule qualified meetings that convert.

Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect Identification & Research: Identify and research potential clients within target industries and personas aligned with the Company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
    • Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft and send compelling, tailored emails and LinkedIn messages. Conduct cold calls to key decision-makers to introduce the Company's solutions.
    • Lead Qualification: Initiate meaningful conversations to uncover business challenges and determine qualification fit.
    • Meeting Scheduling: Secure discovery or introductory calls with qualified leads for the Account Executive or Sales Team.
    • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Log outreach activity and track performance metrics in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Creatio).
    • Tool Utilization: Leverage sales tools like SmartLead, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms for outreach and lead management.
    • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the Outbound Marketing Strategist to provide feedback on campaign performance, objections, and market insights.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on the Company's service offerings, case studies, and best practices in outbound sales.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

    • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales, preferably within the tech/software space.
    • Demonstrated success generating leads and scheduling meetings via cold outreach.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging to different personas.
    • Strong research skills to personalize messages based on industry and prospect background.
    • Resilience and a positive attitude when handling objections or rejection.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Creatio.
    • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, SmartLead, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)

    • Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise-level accounts.
    • Familiarity with industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Logistics, or Online Retail.
    • Understanding of custom software development or related B2B technology solutions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
