Position Overview
We are expanding their outbound sales team and are seeking experienced, driven Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller) to generate high-quality leads and initiate funding conversations with U.S. business owners and C-level executives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B outbound sales, thrives in a high-volume calling environment, and has experience in industries such as Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), ISO, Insurance, or Financial Brokerage. This role is fast-paced, performance-driven, and offers strong growth potential into a Closer position for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day to prospective U.S. business clients.
    • Qualify leads and identify potential funding opportunities that match criteria.
    • Engage decision-makers (business owners, C-level executives) and build initial interest in funding options.
    • Record all interactions and pipeline activity in Copper CRM accurately and consistently.
    • Utilize available tools such as predictive dialers, SMS, voicemail drops, and email drip campaigns to enhance outreach effectiveness.
    • Attend morning check-ins and weekly pipeline calls with management to report on progress and discuss strategies.
    • Achieve performance milestones:
    • Week 1: Complete product and process training.
    • Week 2: Begin cold calling with a goal of 1 funding application/day.
    • Weeks 3–4: Increase to 2 funding applications/day.
    • Collaborate closely with Closers and Management to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and continuous improvement of sales techniques.

Qualifications (Must-haves)

    • 3–5 years of outbound sales experience in at least one of the following:
    • Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)
    • ISO / Alternative Lending
    • Insurance Sales
    • Financial Brokerage or similar B2B sales environments

Skills & Attributes:

    • Proven success in high-volume cold calling and lead generation.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills when speaking with senior business executives.
    • Results-oriented with a competitive, goal-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently while meeting team KPIs.
    • Proficient with CRM systems (preferably Copper) and dialing software.
    • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
    • Experience targeting U.S. businesses with revenues ranging from $500K to $50M/month.
    • Background in finance or small business funding.

What we Offer

    • Commission: $250 per funded deal
    • Promotion Path: Top performers may advance to Closer roles, earning 1% of total funded amount per deal
    • Monthly Salary: 30,000 - 70,000 (mid-senior level, depends on skills and experience)
    • Work Schedule: 8pm to 5am PH time - must be comfortable adjusting for US daylight savings (+/- 1 hour)
    • 13th month pay
    • HMO
