Position Overview
We are hiring a Founder’s Technical Associate who blends hands-on technical execution with the agility to thrive in a startup environment. This is not a pure admin or VA role - it is about building systems that drive outcomes: landing pages that generate leads, automations that save hours, and processes that scale. You’ll work directly with the founder, tackling a mix of property-tech projects and e-commerce lead-generation engines. The role requires a mix of technical capability, commercial awareness, and hustle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build simple landing pages or funnels (WordPress, Webflow, GoHighLevel, Wix, etc.) to generate leads.
- Connect those pages to CRMs and automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, HubSpot, GoHighLevel).
- Design lightweight automation workflows (e.g., form submission → CRM record → email/SMS → follow-up sequence).
- Write and troubleshoot simple scripts (Python/JavaScript preferred) to extend or connect tools when no plug-and-play option exists.
- Implement analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4) and basic QA to ensure leads are tracked and systems don’t silently break.
- Support experimental growth projects (e.g., scraping lead lists, setting up outbound campaigns, AI-powered workflows).
- Prioritize tasks under tight deadlines and shift gears quickly when experiments change direction.
- Contribute commercially: think about conversion, cost, ROI—not just technical execution.
- Occasionally assist with admin tasks (record-keeping, scheduling) when needed, but focus is on technical and growth-oriented work.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building automations in Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
- Experience setting up landing pages, funnels, or lead-gen systems using low-code/no-code builders.
- Comfortable writing and debugging simple scripts (Python/JS/SQL).
- Strong English communication—able to explain decisions, write clear updates, and document systems.
- Proactive, outcome-focused, able to work independently with minimal instruction.
- Comfortable with startup-style work: changing priorities, fast iteration, and occasional crunch periods.
- Bonus: prior experience in startups, sales, or running your own project/side business.
Educational Background
- Degree in Computer Science or closely related disciplines is a plus, but practical coding and implementation experience is more important than formal qualifications.
