Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead both inbound and outbound sales efforts while proactively identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, excelling at lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure within the outsourcing/offshoring or BPO industry. The successful hire should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

Lead Management & Conversion

    • Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
    • Develop strategies to nurture and move leads through the sales funnel efficiently.
    • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for long-term partnerships.

Prospecting & Business Development

    • Proactively source and engage new leads through various channels, including:
    • Cold calling and email outreach
    • LinkedIn networking and direct messaging
    • Attending industry events and conferences
    • Leveraging referrals and strategic partnerships
    • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Client Relationship Building

    • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and position tailored outsourcing solutions.
    • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations to establish trust and close deals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.

Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
    • Implement effective sales methodologies and best practices to improve outreach success.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership.
    • Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize revenue generation.

Skills & Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the outsourcing/offshoring or BPO industry.
    • Demonstrates a hunter mentality with a strong ability to generate outbound leads and close deals.
    • Proficient in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce & HubSpot)
    • Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Deep understanding of the outsourcing landscape and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
    • Results-driven environment and is motivated by additional earning potential through commissions
