Position Overview

Our client is implementing new go-to-market (GTM) processes and tools to improve how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams work together. The Change Management Lead will design and drive the strategies that make these changes stick. You will align stakeholders, develop communications and training plans, and measure user adoption so that new workflows deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

    • Create and own a change management roadmap for GTM initiatives such as CRM launches, workflow redesigns, and process improvements.
    • Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to surface risks early and develop mitigation plans.
    • Build clear, engaging communications that keep executives, managers, and front-line users informed and motivated.
    • Design training and enablement programs (live sessions, job aids, on-demand resources) that accelerate proficiency and long-term adoption.
    • Define success metrics, monitor adoption data, and adjust plans based on feedback and performance indicators.
    • Partner closely with program managers, GTM operations, and systems teams to embed change activities into project schedules.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing regular status updates and recommendations.

Qualifications

    • 8+ years leading change management for large-scale technology or process projects, ideally in high-growth or enterprise tech environments.
    • Proven success driving adoption of CRM or other GTM-critical platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
    • Deep understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes and how changes affect each group.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong project management ability - comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and tight timelines.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Communications, Business, or a related field (nice to have)
    • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar) and experience with Agile delivery methods are preferred but not required (nice to have).
