Position Overview

We’re looking for a Pricing Operations SKU Management Analyst who will be the guardian of our client’s product pricing data. You will create and maintain SKUs, load and update prices across internal systems, and make sure every quoting tool reflects the most current information. Working closely with Product, Finance, and Sales teams, you will audit pricing files, troubleshoot discrepancies, and keep launch timelines on track so customers always see the right price at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and maintain SKUs for new and updated products, ensuring alignment across ERP, CRM, and quoting platforms
    • Enter and update list prices, tiered pricing, and promotional rates in all relevant systems before launch deadlines
    • Audit pricing files and system data regularly to catch errors, duplicates, or mismatches, then drive corrective actions
    • Partner with Finance on margin checks and with Product Management to confirm SKU structures and price logic
    • Support Sales Operations by providing clean price lists, explaining price changes, and resolving quoting issues
    • Track and report launch readiness metrics (data completeness, error rates, turnaround times) to stakeholders
    • Document pricing processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and scalability

Qualifications

    • 3 to 5 years in pricing operations, revenue operations, or similar data-driven roles
    • Proven expertise in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) and working knowledge of SQL for data validation
    • Hands-on experience with pricing modules inside an ERP and/or CRM system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce)
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for clean, well-structured data
    • Solid understanding of product lifecycle and the links between SKU design, price strategy, and financial outcomes
    • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners and presenting data findings
    • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines consistently, and suggest process improvements
