What You Will Do

    • Leading, coaching, training and motivating your team;
    • Oversee day-to-day operations;
    • Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved;
    • Review, monitor progress and provide feedback regarding employee performance;
    • Conduct monthly one on one meetings.
