The Account Manager will execute sales strategy and manage the on-going relationship and programs for a select group of clients. This role will provide excellent client relations and attention to detail to improve client retention, program profitability and program success. The Account Manager will report to the Account Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Act as the day-to-day client contact, focused on execution and project management
    • Build and maintain relationships with assigned client partners
    • Work with internal teams to ensure all brand commitments are properly articulated and executed
    • Increases sales in respective accounts by partnering with education and sales teams
    • Analyze brand's performance through Brand Ambassador surveys/feedback and sales reports to report on outcomes and recommend solutions for continual improvement
    • Prepare sales information, reporting and brand ambassador feedback for clients
    • Monitor in-store visits for shift/event sales goal performance
    • Provide weekly recaps/updates to internal team
    • Drive client satisfaction by proactively acting as advocate for their retail business
    • Successful delivery of client's program goals and objectives
    • Regularly gathers and manages brand ambassador feedback and information in response to brand partner requests
    • Partner with all departments to keep a high employee retention rate through regular communication, attainable goals, and sales incentives
    • Communicate with clients to ensure all Beauty Barrage territories have healthy inventory
    • Track BA hours worked to ensure all billed hours are actualized through shifts owed back reports
    • Resolve sales force questions or issues in a timely and tactful manner
