Lever Demo is looking for an multi-talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our close-knit design team. We thrive on creating clean and engaging designs that delight across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and wants to make a big impact.

Establish consistent creative direction for our brand across print and digital materials.
Lead and mentor other designers through collaboration and feedback. Work with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns for our brand.
Design doesn’t begin or end on a screen. We are constantly looking for ways to brainstorm better strategy, copy, etc. Our designs tell a story that goes beyond visual design.
Work within a design system while recognizing opportunities to draw outside the lines and improve our design language.
Your past:

- Excellent communication skills:
5+ years of experience at a design firm/studio or an in-house design position.
Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong portfolio of both print and digital work that displays how you’ve solved real world design problems.
You’re familiar with taking the reins and leading a project from a conceptual beginning to a successful end.
You know how to present your designs and communicate what problems they are solving. Being able to give and receive feedback is a must.
