A Retail Associate's job involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and handling cash transactions. You will greet our customers, answer questions, process payments, and may also assist with inventory and stocking shelves. 

Customer Service and Sales:

    • Greeting and assisting customers: Welcoming customers and offering assistance with finding products or answering questions.
    • Providing product information: Sharing details about products, features, and benefits.
    • Offering recommendations: Suggesting products based on customer needs and preferences.
    • Processing sales: Operating cash registers, processing payments (cash, credit, debit), and handling returns/exchanges.
    • Addressing customer concerns: Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Store Operations:

    • Maintaining a clean and organized environment: Ensuring the store is tidy and that merchandise is properly displayed. 
    • Assisting with inventory: Restocking shelves, counting inventory, and ensuring adequate stock levels. 
    • Processing shipments: Receiving and unpacking merchandise, preparing it for sale. 
    • Promoting sales and loyalty programs: Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs. 

Other Responsibilities:

    • Prioritizing tasks: Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
