The Ads Measurement team at Spotify is hiring for a Senior Manager to lead a global team of measurement associates who help analyze and scale measurement insights for all our clients. What You'll Do
Lead and develop a curious and diverse team of ten measurement analysts and associates delivering strategic measurement insights to enterprise and mid market advertisers on media and campaign efficiencyWork closely with Sales, Measurement Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to evaluate, position, and improve Spotify’s ad-products demonstrating experimental, causal and observational measurement frameworksHelp the team scale data led insights in a way that improves advertiser performance and the value-proposition of SpotifyLead and drive market and country level performance meta analyses, market ads efficacy research, and development of playbooks rooted in scientifically sound analysis.Build measurement proficiency and competency across your team, Sales, and other cross-functional partnersServe as the day-to-day trusted measurement consultant for Ads Leadership, Account Managers and Campaign ManagersBe able to provide day to day management, leadership and vision to this team that is central to build and scale strategic insights for our clients
Who You Are
10+ years of analytics and measurement experience within a digital media platform, media agency, advertiser, or research companyStrong proficiency in analytical programming languages like SQL or PythonGood understanding of applied statistics & experimentation including sampling approaches, causal modeling, time series analysis, and data-mining techniquesSelf-starter who is equally comfortable presenting to C-level executives as “plugging in” and writing queries/codeA proven track record of building and influencing client or partner relationshipsExperience in digital measurement concepts, 1st and 3rd party measurement solutions and underlying statistical fundamentals in the ads efficacy and measurement ecosystemExtensive direct work experience with top advertisers across Brand and DR measurement as well as a deep understanding of the digital advertising & measurement ecosystemTeam leadership with people development experience
