We are looking for a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Sales and Marketing teams. As the first line of communication with prospects, you’ll have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads and bringing in high quality opportunities. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. You thrive in a fast-growth startup environment where you can work autonomously. You will be critical in educating customers on our products and building relationships.
In this role, you will:
● Own outbound prospecting
○ Work with sales and marketing to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff
○ Articulate FMG’s value to potential prospects via various outlets, including phone, online and in person
○ Build effective outreach strategies, leveraging content, webinars, events, and press to drive engagement
○ Use internal and external resources to generate new leads while tracking all outreach meticulously
○ Draft multi touch outreach plans and messaging sequences
○ Research potential targets, size market opportunities, and drive analyses for outbound
● Own inbound lead communication
○ Craft a great first impression for our prospects by adding value to every customer touchpoint
