A bit about this role:
Client Services is looking for an Interim Training Assistant to support upcoming Financial Assistant training classes and/or nesting.  As a Training Assistant you will partner with the Learning & Development team to design, develop and deliver course material.

The work you will tackle

    • You will attend 2-3 post-training meetings to discuss learner performance that run as late as 5pm AZ time
    • You may support classes during their nesting period of training which includes answering questions in real-time, monitoring client interactions, conducting AM and PM meetings, coaching FAs to performance, reporting out on FA performance in nesting
    • You may be selected as an in-classroom support for the 4 week direction of roughly 20-30 learners, or as a support for the 2-week nesting period, or both
    • You’ll have the chance to be a nesting coach support which is dedicated to helping learners in during the 2 week nesting period

    • Demonstrate strong ability to perform in current role
    • Strong demonstration of FA skills to date (EARN, Thrive, CRM, FA Process)Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
    • Creative problem-solving skills to solve barriers to learning when they are presented
    • Strong organization and time-management skills
    • High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
    • Very high adaptability and ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment
    • Have professional experience training in a corporate environment
    • Have high energy and present a positive demeanor at all times
    • Able to de-escalate highly emotional situations and support others through emotional stress
    • Demonstrate a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a highly changing and dynamic environment

    • What is the timeframe for this interim role?
    • The role is an as-needed basis anticipated for October through December 2022
    • Duration may be shortened or lengthened depending on business need
    • If selected you may be asked to begin onboarding to the role prior to the October start date
    • What happens after the training classes have completed?
    • You will return to your prior role when the business need ends
    • Is there additional compensation for this role?
    • There is no additional compensation for participating in this interim role
    • This is, however, an excellent opportunity to grow your skills for future considerations
    • What are the hours for this role?
    • Classes run 7AM-2:30pm AZ time
    • You may be asked to join early/stay late to support learners that require additional support
    • What happens to my clients during this time?
    • You will be asked to transfer transfer your book of business so you can focus entirely on supporting our new FAs
