What We're Seeking
We're in search of a full-time Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our Payments vertical within the UK.

What You'll Bring
You'll need a proven track record in selling specialized IT Professional Solutions offered by IT Subject Matter Experts. Your role will be pivotal in aiding organizations to effectively manage and leverage their IT environment to attain their business objectives.

Opportunities Await
Trusted Advisor: Forge strong relationships with potential clients by showcasing our exceptional capabilities as a trusted advisor in selling IT Professional Services.
Client Acquisition: Utilise various lead generation strategies, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research, to identify potential target clients.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the full client sales cycle from acquiring new clients to closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Pipeline Management: Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects aligned with sales goals.
Deal Closure: Negotiate, manage, and successfully close strategic new business deals.
Exceeding Targets: Consistently exceed sales targets and objectives, achieving revenue goals.
Account Growth: Implement strategies to farm and grow large existing accounts.
Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge to become the SME on technology challenges within your vertical.
Financial Goals: Exceed personal financial goals by driving revenue growth and achieving uncapped commission.
Thought Leadership: Engage in speaking events, workshops, panels, and conferences to share expertise and insights.
Industry Participation: Attend external industry events to stay abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications
Substantial experience in new business development, particularly in selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services.
Ideally, a background in the Payments industry or at least a deep interest in it.
Proven success in leading strategic new business development initiatives targeting large enterprise clients.
Strong sales-driven approach with a focus on prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating, and relationship-building.
Ability to engage VP or C-level decision-makers by identifying industry pain points.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
Track record of achieving £3M+ quota per year.
Proficiency in preparing and presenting proposals, business cases, and statements of work.

Additional Requirements
Travel is essential for this role, including local, domestic, and international travel as necessary. Candidates must hold a valid passport/driving license and be willing to travel during working hours. Attendance at work-related tradeshows or events may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
