WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 
Our Endava family is growing! We are seeking a Senior Research Consultant to join our Research Team. As a Senior Research Consultant at Endava, you will have a minimum 5 years of experience with a strong understanding of UX research, market research, quantitative research, qualitative research, and complex statistical analysis.

As we endeavor to understand the myriad facets of user behaviors and their broader market context, our researchers grapple with multifaceted questions. Their insights decode the delicate balance between technology, societal values, and commercial aspirations. This role beckons forward-thinkers intent on harmonizing product design, user experience, and market strategy. 

Responsibilities:

    • Engage closely with various teams to pinpoint key research areas, unearthing opportunities, and potential pitfalls.
    • Vigorously champion the user, ensuring their experiences and needs are consistently echoed in our offerings.
    • Expertly identify consumer needs through rigorous qualitative and quantitative research.
    • Conduct thorough market sizing and segmentation to understand potential opportunities and competitive landscapes.
    • Design and perform usability tests, such as A/B testing, tree testing, and user flow analysis.
    • Execute primary research via diverse methodologies, including surveys, interviews, field studies, and more.
    • Leverage tools like Qualtrics, Maze, and Useberry for comprehensive UX insights.
    • Self-manage research initiatives in dynamic environments, always prioritizing impactful insights.
    • Transform intricate research data into actionable, digestible, and compelling narratives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years.
    • Solid proficiency in tools like R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent.
    • Expertise in survey design, usability testing techniques, and user flows.
    • Proven experience in market sizing, segmentation, and consumer need identification.
    • Comfort with statistical methodologies, such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests.
    • Demonstrable experience in hands-on primary research and strategic insight development. 

Preferred Skills:

    • Degree in areas like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Media Studies, or a closely related field.
    • Prior exposure to consumer products, insights, or product development.
    • Familiarity with modern UX tools and platforms.
    • Previous experience in technology, business writing, and market analysis.
