We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Lead to provide hands-on operational, administrative and internal customer service to our sales team across the organization. This is a high-visibility role with oversight of our sales analytics, order entry and execution. 

Responsibilities

    • Support critical sales systems such as metrics, reporting and Order to Cash (OTC). Responsible for gathering and processing sales data
    • CRM data entry and management. Facilitate the continuous improvement of CRM processes and tools
    • Management of the Sales Operations Team
    • Develop and monitor dashboards for trend analysis
    • Assist with invoicing and billing related to sales. Review orders for accuracy and complete details
    • Collaborate with the sales team on order issues and follow-ups
    • Communicating and facilitating requests from field sales team
    • Assist in responding to customer requests for proposals (RFPs) as required. Support the creation of accurate quotations and proposals
    • Partner with the marketing team on tradeshows, conferences and customer events
    • Support sales onboarding and training

Requirements

    • 2+ years of related professional experience. Sales, finance or operations preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or similar
    • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM
    • Proficient with Odoo or other ERP system
    • Experience with CRM and/or ERP software customizations is a plus
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Must be self-directed while holding excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team
    • People Management experience is preferred
