We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Leader to build and manage operations in a high-growth environment. You will be responsible for oversight of Procurement, Warehousing, 3PL, and E2E Supply Chain processes. This is a pivotal position, allowing you to work cross-functionally and aid in the success and growth plans of the company.

What you will do:

    • Develop and own the global supply base including contract manufacturers.  
    • Establish goals and objectives and drive performance across the organization.
    • Define and execute sourcing strategies in support of organizational goals.
    • Lead and grow supply chain team.
    • Lead the RFQ process and supplier negotiations for new products and sustaining programs.
    • Manage supplier performance to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery time, and cost.
    • Develop and lead the SOIP (Sales Operations Inventory Planning) process.
    • Drive the development of a highly efficient and scalable materials management function, including warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
    • Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of our ERP system.
    • Collaborate with Engineering to influence technical design decisions and NPI strategies.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations
    • 7+ years of supply chain experience, including experience in a leadership role.
    • Track record in implementing world-class sourcing strategies, material planning, and supply chain continuous improvement programs
    • Experience in NPI for hardware products, starting up and scaling volume production, and production transfers
    • Solid knowledge in ERP/MRP systems. Odoo is a plus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to make difficult decisions.
    • Hands-on leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop team.
    • Experience in regulated industries such as medical device, semiconductor, or automotive preferred
    • Experience with a start-up organization preferred 
    • Exceptional negotiation and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional environment
    • Direct people management experience is highly preferred
