What You Do

Client Delivery
- Provide technical delivery leadership within a project or workstream under the guidance of a delivery manager or client lead
- Accountable for technical excellence for the assigned project or workstream
- Uplift engineers, both at the client and Liatrio teammates
- Able to architect a technical solution, articulate the solution to client leadership and engineers, and lead a team of engineers to implement the solution
- Serve as a technical point of contact, providing architectural guidance and the Liatrio point of view to the client
- Ensure delivery manager or client lead is up to date on any concerns or changes to work, as well as reaching out for guidance or feedback on strategy and approach
- Able to adapt quickly to change and shift focus as required to meet customer needs

Team Leadership
- Organize work for team members, breaking down tasks regularly and pairing with other engineers
- Mentor junior team members, including 1:1 meetings, providing feedback, guiding technical growth
- Provide feedback to delivery manager or client lead on overall team performance and areas for growth

Internal Liatrio Growth
- Seek and provide fast feedback both personally and for others.
- Generate ideas and be willing to fail fast and demonstrate with POC’s
- Participate in pre-sales demand calls development
- Drive knowledge sharing in and out of client engagements

Tools and Technologies
As a hands-on leader, we expect you’ll have significant experience with many of the tools and technologies we frequently use with our clients. Some of these include:
- Build systems such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Cloud Formation
- Cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes and Istio
- Cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
- Observability through tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana or Zipkin
- Modern source control management systems and branching strategies

Requirements

    • Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
    • Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. For most roles, travel typically ranges from six times per year to a few weeks per month, depending on client need.

Specifics

    • Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, 401k match, monthly LiveWell stipend, and quarterly company bonus
    • Annual base salary: $130,000-$195,000, depending on experience
