The Partnership Manager is primarily responsible for building and expanding the relationship with YouVersion’s many Bible translation and publishing partners who make God’s Word available in languages that meet the needs of people around the world. This role supports these critical partners by enabling them to grow in their mission by using the YouVersion Bible App and its related tools. This role supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do

    • Foster relationships with the Bible Partners.
    • Empower Bible partners through customized training.
    • Design and maintain post-deployment follow-up strategy for Bible Partners.
    • Enhance collaboration with Bible Partners through virtual office hours and video calls.
    • Deliver actionable insights using custom data reports.
    • Track and communicate progress of Bible Publishing KPIs.
    • Communicate and collaborate with YouVersion Product, Design, MarCom, Data & Engineering teams.

Skills Needed to Succeed

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
    • Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying a high level of customer service.
    • Ability to acquire new skills andadept at adjusting learning approaches for different situations.
    • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 1-3 years of related work experience.
