The First Impressions Coordinator is primarily responsible for creating an excellent experience for staff and guests. Primary functions include supporting the Central front desk operations, connecting staff and guests to their next steps, managing office and café supplies inventory, assisting the Ministry Education team on projects and tasks, and other Learning and Development projects as assigned.

What You’ll Do

    • Answer and route phone calls and external inquiries.
    • Ensure any Central guests or visitors are greeted and connected to their next step.
    • Manage, order, and maintain inventory of general office and café supplies.
    • Assist the Hospitality Coordinator with catering or other logistics for team events at Central.
    • Assist the Learning & Development Group with assigned projects, tasks, or events, as needed.
    • Lead First Impressions volunteers, ensuring proper onboarding, training, and development.
    • Maintain and direct emails for the info@life.church email inbox.
    • Assist with budget reporting and processes.
    • Assist the Ministry Education team with assigned projects, tasks, or events.  

Skills Needed to Succeed

    • Effective at multi-tasking, time management, and follow-up to meet committed timelines.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
    • Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and problem-solve.
    • Strong guest relations and hospitality skills.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Related work experience preferred.
