The Training Resource Specialist is primarily responsible for creating engaging and accessible resources and learning opportunities to support our staff team's biblical, spiritual, and pastoral development. They will utilize their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.

The Ministry Education Team exists to help staff members as they step into their staff roles and develop their God-given strengths, talents, and areas of growth. With the entire Life.Church staff team and the mission and culture of our church in mind, we create classes, training, discussions, blog posts, how-to documents, and training resources to empower our staff to develop and grow as our church grows.

What You’ll Do

    • Continually enhance training materials by learning new technologies and leveraging feedback.
    • Collaborate with content developers to create a visually engaging experience through online platforms such as Staff Portal or the E-Learning System.
    • Use Canva to design resources that support learning experiences.
    • Record and edit small-scale learning session videos.
    • Manage the Ministry Education Team Staff Portal page updates, creation, and resources.
    • Execute bi-monthly/quarterly marketing strategy.
    • Coordinate Pastoral Resources for pastoral staff members.
    • Provide highly effective project management skills and communication for project stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate a strong work ethic to hit deadlines and move projects forward.

    • Demonstrates a strong ability to learn quickly and effectively adapt new knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet the demands of the role.
    • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and inspire action.
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently.
    • Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 1+ years work related experience.
