The Office Leader is responsible for the logistical support of the Central Group Leader (CGL), as well as other teams within the group. This role is a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing executive-level support and driving operational excellence. The Office Leader will elevate the CGL experience, effectiveness, and overall support.

This role is responsible for collaborating with their Central Team Leader (CTL) and Central Group Leader to cast vision, provide direction, and lead ministry efforts within their area of influence to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ. 

What You’ll Do

    • Provide excellent collaboration, communication, and insight into meetings and relationships where tasks and goals are being discussed.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with the team to understand and support their needs, navigate changes and challenges, and advocate for leaders’ and team members’ success.
    • Manage access to the CGL’s time and attention through e-mail, schedule, and conversations.
    • Reply and schedule on behalf of the CGL and prioritize requests.
    • Lead a team to support the CGL and CTLs to foster a thriving group environment.
    • Oversee the Project Leader regarding administrative tasks such as purchasing card coding, quarterly budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation of various tableau reports.
    • Oversee the Project Leader regarding project management of various events, learning sessions, and initiatives within the group.
    • Proactively provide development and coaching opportunities as needed.

    • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 3-5 years related work experience.
