The LifeGroups/LifeMissions (LGLM) Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating Central LGLM events, overseeing staff support and appreciation, and supporting LGLM operations, projects, and initiatives. This role will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Central LGLM team to further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do

    • Plan and serve as the lead coordinator for global events such as OSM, Family Reunion, Sisters, and Inside Out, along with the Area Leader Gathering and Central LGLM team events.
    • Facilitate staff communication, such as action items for calls and project deadlines. Help develop and distribute necessary communication to the LGLM team related to new resources and upcoming initiatives.
    • Assist the LGLM Central Group Leader with project management, external communication, calendar management, meeting planning and scheduling, p-card management, and other administrative support. Ideate, execute, and delegate staff appreciation, care, and anniversary/birthday celebrations.
    • Assist the LGLM Central Ministry Leader with team communication, scheduling calls, p-card management, calendar management, and travel planning and scheduling.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of LGLM on-ramp calls, Team Connect calls, Area Leader calls, etc.
    • Regularly review, maintain, and update resources on Webdam, Canva, and Streamline.
    • Oversee the draft and execution of the quarterly Planning Guide.
    • Quickly respond to help tickets and troubleshooting requests from campuses.
    • Manage swag inventory, storage area upkeep, and overall office maintenance.
    • Coordinate and manage weekly email, Teams channel communication, the annual anonymous team survey, and any other team communication needs.
    • Respond to external inquiries, coordinate guest visits, and answer Dialpad calls or messages.
    • Track the completion of monthly updates, Area Leader updates, quarterly goals, and Readiness Assessments.
    • Maintain accurate reports, rosters, and management of key staff support areas such as goal setting, Readiness Assessment, role transitions, and off-boarding.

    • Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying a high level of customer service.
    • Effective at multi-tasking, time management, and following up on delegated tasks.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 1-3 years of related work experience.
