The Communications Coordinator is responsible for managing project tasks and ensuring excellence across the Church to Church team’s various communications to pastors and leaders. The role will provide operational and administrative support that helps the team equip churches everywhere to reach the world for Christ.

The Church to Church Team equips pastors and leaders worldwide with free resources. Through Life.Church Open Network, pastors can access more than 80,000 free church resources that help them reach the communities they’re called to reach. Through Church Online Platform, churches can host their own online church experience in a robust platform free of charge. The Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast equips leaders of every kind to grow through practical, personal, powerful leadership teaching.

What You'll Do

    • Organize communication strategies and schedule related tasks and timelines for projects including Open Network, Church Online Platform, and the Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast.
    • Coordinate assets, timelines, layouts, and deliverables across multiple teams in Life.Church.
    • Proof text and layouts to ensure quality and consistency in grammar and voice.
    • Set up appropriate tracking and evaluation of key metrics to ensure milestones and deliverables are met in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
    • Manage project expectations and feedback loops with leadership and other teams.
    • Ensure all campaigns are built and delivered as designed in the appropriate digital content tools including Hubspot, social media platforms, Magnolia CMS (Web Content), Craft CMS, Simplecast podcast platform.
    • Build strong partnerships with other teams and ministries to support effective collaboration.
    • Host pastors and leaders as part of the Church to Church team.
    • Champion cross-team projects and support campuses as needed.
    • Support projects and events from the Directional Leadership Team’s office and other leaders.

Skills Needed to Succeed

    • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
    • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
    • Grammar, proofreading, editing, and quality checking.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
    • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
    • Maintain a systematic and organized approach to completing assignments accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 1 –3 years of related work experience.
