The Associate Community Pastor is responsible for partnering with the Community Pastor to identify, train, and develop passionate and capable global Leaders to support the LifeGroups/LifeMissions initiatives. This role will support championing the cause for community and connecting attenders with leaders or mentor relationships. The Associate Community Pastor is responsible for pastoral care and leadership of attenders and volunteers, in addition to supporting the operational and pastoral efforts of their ministry and campus to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do

    • Develop and disciple leaders, including LifeGroups/LifeMissions (LGLM) Coaches and LifeGroup Leaders, in a digital and global environment.
    • Connect people to virtual and in-personal small groups around the globe.
    • Cultivate relationships and advocate for mission partners making a significant impact in communities around the nation.
    • Ensure excellence in ministry processes, including group management, leader onboarding, systems management, and event planning.
    • Plan and execute successful quarterly ministry growth strategies.
    • Identify trends to understand ministry health and respond to key opportunities.
    • Provide pastoral care and invest in the spiritual transformation of the church attenders and volunteer leaders.
    • Collaborate and support all weekend ministries and other Life.Church Online ministries.

    • Relational skills that present harmony and a genuine spiritual authority 
    • Creating and stewarding budgets
    • Utilizing basic software and office equipment 
    •  High School Diploma or GED
    • 1 year of work-related experience
