The Life.Church Innovation Office is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to the Director of the Innovation Office. We’re looking for someone who will provide support to the Director while also working with other staff and external partners.     • Exceptionally organized and able to keep a realistic balance among multiple priorities
    • Able to handle a wide variety of responsibilities and confidential situations with much discretion, excellence, and accuracy
    • Strong in the small details while able to understand how they impact the big picture
    • Believe in the value of the small details and daily tasks involved in the behind-the-scenes work

You will:

    • Assist the Director of the Innovation Office by attending meetings, taking notes, and providing email support
    • Handle some budgeting, weekly financial reports, and various other reports
    • Help coordinate team lunches, special guest visits, and events
    • Work in various software applications, including Word, Excel, budgeting software, and database systems
    • Communicate regularly with ministry leaders, attenders with inquiries, ministry partners, and other executive offices
    • Help with social media management from time to time
    • Lead our volunteers who oversee databases for our network of partners
    • Run occasional errands and manage office inventory
