The Content Team Partnership Manager initiates and nurtures relationships with a diverse network of partners who share biblically centered and culturally relevant content that guides the YouVersion community to seek God every day. This role will be responsible for relationships with Content Partners while also acting as a stakeholder to represent them within the YouVersion Content Team.

What You’ll Do

    • Build strategic partnerships that allow YouVersion to receive content that meets needs to ensure geographic, demographic, topical, and theological diversity.
    • Serve as the primary contact on behalf of YouVersion for content partners.
    • Receive all video assets, including guided scripture videos, to ensure they are received on time.
    • Partner with the Relationship Manager who has requested the content from Content Partners.
    • Lead Content Partners to create quality content for the YouVersion Platform and to promote usage of their content, and the YouVersion Platform in general, to their respective audiences.
    • Ensure partners are trained and knowledgeable on the systems and processes needed to submit content to YouVersion.
    • Identify and remove low-quality content from the YouVersion Platform when necessary.
    • Work with the Content Management team to design and create tools and processes to receive, assess, publish, and provide feedback on Content.
    • Coordinate with various YouVersion Teams as new features or content types are designed and built into the platform, including coordination with the Content Management Team, Localization Team, Product Teams, etc. 

Skills Needed to Succeed

    • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
    • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
    • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
    • Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying a high level of customer service.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • 3 – 5 years of related work experience.
