The Switch Operations Leader is primarily responsible for providing administrative leadership for the Central Switch Team and the office of Central NextGen. This position also collaborates with Central teams and resources for Campus staff. This role supports the team’s direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do

    • Provide administrative leadership for the CEN Switch Team and office of CEN NextGen
    • Develop and maintain the tools, resources, and guidance needed to support the CEN Switch Team and office of CEN NextGen
    • Manage p-card reports of the CEN Switch Leadership Team and CGL.
    • Oversee calendars, coordinate travel and manage inboxes for CEN Switch Leadership Team and CEN NextGen CGL.
    • Forward-thinking on behalf of the Central NextGen Team to plan upcoming events and semester planning(OSM, Family Reunion, Capacity, etc.).
    • Oversee the team budget process and ensure stewardship of resources.

    • Collaborate with Central teams.
    • Partner with other teams to provide logistics for global Switch event nights
    • Partner with key stakeholders to support and plan large events like Capacity and other team events
    • Manage, submit and approve Workfront requests for new projects involving other Central teams, warehouse inventory and campus requests.
    • Support new project discovery initiatives related to Switch.
    • Work with other Central teams to streamline processes.

    • Provide administrative leadership and resources for Campus staff.
    • Create, update, and maintain Global Switch event templates with the collaboration of all needed teams.
    • Partner with Central teams and other organizations to keep campus resources current and active. 
    • Support, build, and maintain Staff Portal.
    • Create and maintain processes and resources to support campuses.
    • Support digital asset management such as YouTube and Switch Leader Podcast.
    • Support CEN Switch in celebrating and appreciating Campus staff.

Skills Needed to Succeed

    • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
    • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
    • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects. 
    • Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 1 – 3 years related experience.
