The YouVersion Partnership Manager for Churches is primarily responsible for building and nurturing relationships with churches at scale, helping churches understand how they can leverage YouVersion apps for their church. This role will involve relationships with churches while acting as a stakeholder and representing them to the broader YouVersion team.

This role supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do

    • Establish a knowledge and understanding of YouVersion’s vision and current features to share with the churches.
    • Build relationship management systems and processes at scale for the purpose of serving and supporting churches.
    • Encourage and educate churches on how to leverage YouVersion apps for use in their churches.
    • Provide support, resources, and follow-up for churches.
    • Coordinate with various YouVersion teams as new features and/or content are built into the apps.
    • Prepare and share church feedback with appropriate YouVersion teams.

    • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
    • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
    • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
    • Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • 3 –5 years of related work experience.
