Role mission
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead our AI project in the Telco space, driving innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and telecommunications. As a key leader within our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-driven products and services, positioning us as a leader in the Telco industry.
Deliverables
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology to address customer needs and market demands
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch AI-powered features and services that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration, product differentiation, and market expansion
- Lead the development of AI models, algorithms, and data-driven insights to optimize network performance, personalize customer interactions, and streamline operations
- Partner with engineering, data science, and AI research teams to prioritize features, experiments, and enhancements based on customer feedback and strategic objectives
- Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to measure the success of AI initiatives, iterate on improvements, and drive continuous innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in AI and telecommunications, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization
About you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on AI-driven solutions - ideally, within the telecommunications industry
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, as applied to Telco use cases
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments, delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product development and optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams towards common goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
