The Business Operations Analyst requires a thorough understanding of the business-to-business sales cycle and customer lifecycle, plus an ability to use that knowledge to increase the field’s efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. You’ll need to “get under the hood” to dissect technical scenarios and translate complex ideas into consultative recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. You will own the ongoing maintenance and user experience of critical sales platforms across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of key sales systems to design, deploy and support go-to-market operational processes (Salesforce, Outreach, Drift and more)
- Generate, analyze, and distribute actionable reporting insights on sales activities and trends from system dashboards, Excel and Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc).
- Manage AI project to provide feedback to tune and focus the Machine Learning model for market segmentation and account scoring.
- Participate or lead process design, implementation, or improvement initiatives to solve issues or enhance sales and sales operations process.
- Establish data governance and change management processes within key systems that help monitor and maintain data quality within the operational ecosystem.
- Own and ensure data accuracy within the lead & account assignment processes.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices while developing insights and recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Collect feedback from end users to understand key usages of each system and continually scope improvements to increase user experience.
- Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up-to-date and engaged in high-priority initiatives
- Provide on-going Salesforce ad hoc request support
- Assist revenue leadership to evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales team performance.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience administrating and integrating sales systems including Salesforce, Outreach, Drift, and others.
- Experience building trend and complex reports through Business Intelligence tooling such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of complex sales processes and how to identify and build Measure of Success against defined KPIs
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
