 What you’ll do

The Quality Manager ensures successful language quality task execution across a portfolio of accounts. Under the supervision of a Quality Strategist or Quality Lead, the Quality Manager provides back-office and customer facing support to enable continuous Language Quality Management for key customers and language quality initiatives. They will report directly to a Quality Strategist or Quality Lead for their geo who will manage their capacity and performance. They will engage with linguists and language leads on a daily basis to process language quality feedback, solicit responses, tracking ticket progress to completion within defined SLAs as well as support with the execution and delivery of quality management services. They will lead quality, training, arbitration and linguistic feedback and engagement meetings including customer facing meetings as required by account. They are a key member of the Quality arm of the Production team, working with customers, Quality Leads or Quality Strategists and linguists, to design, implement and maintain successful language quality strategies to meet SLAs and desired business outcomes.

This position will be remote working from Argentina.

This is a contractor opportunity with ongoing weekly work schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Executes administrative production tasks related to Language Quality as delegated by Quality Strategists and Quality Lead, and in some cases the Production Strategists and Production Managers provide local support in the required time zone for direct customer engagement on quality management topics and initiatives, including attendance at relevant customer calls. Maintain and exceed performance against KPIs, to include, but not limited to: Language Quality On Time Delivery for assigned tasks

Successful candidates will have:

    • Proficient in English at a professional level
    • Past experience includes translation, project or vendor management, linguistic or other localization related activities.
    • Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Diplomatic and a team player
