Lime is hiring a Repair Quality Manager to join our Operations Excellence team! In this role, you will report into the Repair Excellence Manager. You will lead initiatives for Warehouse Teams Globally to embed a culture of process compliance, fleet reliability and quality, elevate best practices from local to global and drive standardization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.  

We are a remote first company! For many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. As this is a hybrid position requiring you to go into a warehouse three times per week, it's preferred that the individual hired for this role be within 30 miles or 60 minutes of London’s city center.

What you'll do:

    • Deep dive in data led-opportunities for hardware reliability, repair compliance and standardization initiatives.
    • Significantly contribute to the planning process, often leading the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets.
    • Partner, influence and help implement training, quality standards and processes with cross-functional teams on training, hardware and compliance.
    • Build a culture of compliance in our warehouse teams where repair SOPs are challenged and systematically improved. Serve as a HW subject matter expert for our products.
    • Provide Maintenance and Hardware Feedback between Local Ops and our Global Service Center.
    • Continuously improve compliance and quality metrics both on the warehouse floor as well as transactional by collaborating with multiple functions such as product, compliance and mechanic managers.

About you:

    • Permission to work in the UK is required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment
    • Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL and database queries
    • Travel is an important part of the role and is expected at approximately 25%

    • Preferred Experience:
    • Master’s Degree in management or operations
    • Lean certification
