Lime is hiring an Analyst, CRM & Lifecycle to join our dynamic Growth team! In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the success of key Growth initiatives focused on increasing user engagement, retention, and Rider lifetime value, ultimately contributing to company EBITDA growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute lifecycle campaigns and rider communications. 

What you'll do:

    • Own and develop ad-hoc rider communications and campaigns partnering with local operators, government relations, brand and other key cross-functional stakeholders. 
    • Identify common use cases for rider communications and develop, audit and maintain our library of communications playbooks.
    • Develop and maintain best practices and guidelines for owned CRM channels, and advocate for this with cross-functional partners.
    • Own, maintain and proactively ideate on monthly Lifecycle & Rider Communications calendar for all markets and rider cohorts.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives including rider education campaigns with local operators and government relations, new product features with product, campaign and ad-hoc analysis with data science, rider insights and feedback loops with customer experience and awareness campaigns with brand marketing. 
    • Monitor campaign performance and share key findings with stakeholders and Rider Growth team members.
    • Identify opportunities for A/B testing within rider communications campaigns including copy, content, creative, audiences and timing.

About you:

    • 2-3+ years experience and a proven track record in delivering sophisticated and impactful communications and consumer lifecycle campaigns from inception to implementation.
    • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. 
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations by communicating promptly and proactively. 
    • Experience in analysing campaign performance and mapping customer journeys using tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, Braze and Snowflake. 
    • Strategic thinker with a practical approach, willing to take a hands-on role when necessary.

    • Preferred Experience:
    • Experience working in a remote environment with diverse cultures and time zones.
    • Relevant consumer-facing mobile app, transportation or start-up experience preferred.
