Lime is hiring an Inventory Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team! As an Inventory Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of inventory specialists focusing on their growth and development, develop our inventory programs, will direct and manage all aspects of inventory control, and will collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor and Team Lead(s) on process improvements, Health & Safety, KPIs and reporting to upper management. 

What you'll do:

    • Develop, maintain, and improve inventory programs to sustain Lime’s goals; ensuring inventory accuracy between WMS, ERP, and 3PL’s and analyzing inventory performance and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. 
    • Monitor existing cycle count programs and implement new programs across the Hubs and local 3PL’s
    • Maintain and/or create standardized departmental processes and procedures that directly influence inventory success rates
    • Ensure properly approved and accurate inventory adjustment are processed in accordance with Delegation of Authority
    • Maintain and or/create a Quality Control program and processes within the Hubs and 3PL’s to support increased accuracy, report on vendor compliance, perform root cause analysis for discrepancies and provide continuous improvement recommendations
    • Create and maintain reports that are distributed to management as needed (Cycle Count progression and accuracy, PO/TO exception reporting, aged in-transit, etc)
    • Complete SOX compliance testing and provide support for audit inquiries
    • Support the Finance teams with the monthly, quarterly, annual close cycles
    • Assist in the coordination, reconciliation, and reporting of year-end physical inventory within the Hub and local 3PL’s
    • Perform special projects and lend support to other areas within the Hub as business needs require
    • Partner with external departments to test system enhancements and support all aspects of implementations and training 
    • Guide, coach and motivate a team, including employee development and performance management 

About you:

    • 3+ years of work experience within an Inventory focused role 
    • Prior experience managing teams, setting team objectives, measuring goals and reporting on KPIs 
    • Advanced Excel skills required
    • Experience working within an ERP or WMS required (NetSuite a plus)
    • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels across a global organization
    • High-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost focused mindset
    • Fluent verbal and written English language skills
The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,000.00 - $86,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
