What you’ll do
Join us as a Customer Journey Content Manager to create and execute our content strategy and design across customer touchpoints for our marketing and competitive intelligence platform, Link. You will lead and manage a comprehensive content strategy to build brand awareness, drive demand generation, and support lead nurturing and post-sale customer engagement. Creating high-quality content across various formats and touchpoints, you will engage and convert our target audience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform buyer persona profiles, and customer segmentation, and execute multi-channel campaigns. You will monitor and optimize content and campaign performance, ensuring timely deployment and continuous improvement based on metrics. Partnering with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales you will develop targeted messaging and communications, enhancing our SaaS customer journey to attract and nurture in-market leads. This role offers the opportunity to shape market perceptions and drive growth through visionary content strategy and effective campaign execution.

What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that addresses the needs across all customer journey stages, including discovery, engagement, sales enablement, and customer onboarding and post-sale engagement
    • Lead the execution of campaigns for target buyer personas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define customer segmentation and execute multi-channel campaigns
    • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with business goals and marketing campaigns, producing a mix of content types such as tutorial videos, blog posts, infographics, webinars, white papers, case studies, and social media content.
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create engaging campaign messaging and map content across personas, segments, and verticals
    • Collaborate with our team of researchers and subject matter experts, creative designers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven content accuracy and quality
    • Optimize content for website/SEO and recommend best practices for customer experiences, enhancing our digital marketing strategy
    • Ensure timely deployment of content and campaigns, continuously testing and developing new strategies to increase touchpoints and deliver high-quality leads at an acceptable cost per lead (CPL)
    • Conduct content audits to identify gaps and promote evergreen content, ensuring data-driven content accuracy and quality
    • Research and develop compelling content topics that align with our research calendar and the interests of our target audience, establishing our brand as a topical authority
    • Partner with Events and BDR teams for pre-event campaign planning, targeted outreach, and post-event follow-up strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, B2B customer engagement trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Who We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience in content marketing, product marketing, customer journey management, or a similar role, with a portfolio of published content
    • Experience in B2B software-as-a-service technology company with responsibility for content strategy, production, promotion, and reporting/optimization
    • Background in digital identity and fraud prevention, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and/or financial services is highly advantageous
    • Strong ability to craft audience-centric messages for different stages of the customer journey
    • Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail, with a strong command for grammar and style
    • Experience with content management systems and SEO tools like WordPress and SEMRush, and CRM, MAP, and ABM tools, such as Hubspot and 6Sense
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools and principles for content visualization
    • Demonstrated expertise in AI prompt engineering, with a proven ability to utilize advanced AI tools and techniques for original content creation
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently with confidence, lead projects, and meet deadlines, as well as work collaboratively in a team setting across seniority  levels
    • You demonstrate the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership
    • You demonstrate the ability to be an influential change agent, championing, organizing, and successfully executing new ideas and initiatives
