Required Qualifications:
● Practical experience in production progress management, regardless of industry or years of experience
● Proactive and able to take initiative in planning and managing schedules, involving relevant stakeholders to move projects forward
● At least 3 years of professional work experience
● Educational background: Graduate school, university, or junior college
● Language skills: Japanese (required), English (required depending on the position)
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in any kind of creative production, such as game development, merchandise production, or editing
● Experience working in the gaming industry, especially in mobile game development
● Experience in project management or team management
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Confident in coordination and negotiation with various stakeholders
● Strong ability to organize information and share it clearly and effectively
● Proactive in proposing improvements to enhance daily operations
● Skilled in document creation or comfortable with writing tasks
● Has a deep understanding of the role and importance of production progress management, and is well-suited to such responsibilities
