What will be your responsibilities 📓

    • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team.
    • Technical Decision-making: Play a critical role in choosing architecture and driving the development of scalable, robust systems.
    • Involved Project Management: Embrace a hands-on approach to project management by actively involving yourself in both the detailed execution and overarching strategy of our engineering team.

    • Experience in Scaling Tech Startups: A solid track record of leading and scaling engineering teams at startups.
    • Strong Leadership Abilities: Excellent communication skills and the capability to rally and lead a team towards achieving shared goals.
    • Robust Project Management Skills: Exceptional ability in both technical leadership and project management.
    • Adaptive and Strategic Thinking: Ability to adapt quickly to changes and make strategic decisions that align with our long-term goals.
    • Excellent technical acumen: You're excited to ship code as you ramp up to understand our technology stack and build empathy with our engineers.

$300,000 - $300,000 a year
Your salary will be $300,000 per year and you will get 1,226,293 options (1%). Unlike most startups, we don’t believe in holding you captive with golden handcuffs. When there are opportunities for you to sell a portion of your vested stock, we offer them.
