Job Description

    • Experience in Electric Motor controller design, engineering and development.
    • Experience prototyping PCBs and soldering components.
    • Work with providers to specify and qualify power modules and devices.  Work directly with testing agencies for Product Safety Certification.  Support manufacturing with bills of materials and production test plans.
    • We’re looking for someone cognizant of low cost, high quality designs for high volume manufacturing. You are required to have direct high power Inverter or VFD or Power Supply design experience. 

Job Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). Practical experience may also apply.
    • Minimum three years’ experience in power electronics products; inverters, dc-dc converters and regulated power supplies
    • Knowledgeable in WBG,  IGBT and MOSFET technologies
    • Working knowledge of IGBT gate driver circuits and fly-back power converter  topologies.
    • Experience in design of conditioning and sensing circuitry for adjustable speed drives
    • Fluency working in a Ansys, Altium, Cadence Orcad/Allegro or similar development environments
    • Candidate must have permission to work in US.
