We are currently looking for a Learning Experience Designer (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely.

Your mission with us:

You will work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver new learning experiences and learning formats for our B2C learners. You will support the design of closed group and exam preparation courses to expand our course offering, as well as supporting with other areas of learning experience and materials design across our B2C Product range. 

Your tasks:

Learning Experience Design: Apply your expert knowledge of learning experience design to create effective and engaging learning experiences for our B2C learners
Learning Format Design: Innovate and design new learning formats that align with Lingoda's educational and commercial goals, in particular around developing closed group and exam preparation courses
Content design and delivery: Design and deliver new learning curricula and learning  content, either individually or supported by a freelance team of content authors
Digital Education teamwork: Support with a wide range of diverse initiatives within the Digital Education team to learning value across our different languages
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product Managers, UX Designers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver new learning  experiences and course offerings

You bring to Lingoda

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in language education, with a proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning experiences in that context
Experience in both online and offline language education, including as a classroom teacher
Experience crafting engaging and effective learning experiences in various formats, including both live (virtual classroom) and self-paced study
C1 level in English plus  C2 level in either English or German; further Lingoda languages an advantage (French, Spanish, Italian)
Knowledge of learning science and adult language acquisition and teaching methodologyExpertise in language assessment and exam preparation; knowledge of requirements of major exam boards in either English or German as a foreign language (e.g IELTS, Goethe, Telc)
Ability to work cross-functionally, manage and collaborate with stakeholders, such as UX researchers, designers, Product Managers and technical fields
Agile mindset and experience
Data-driven approach
