We are currently looking for a Freelance Sales Representative (all genders) based in Europe.
Your mission with us:
Your mission with us is to sell Lingoda’s language courses over the phone to potential students who have shown interest in learning a new language. Your main objective will be to convert these leads into enrolled, paying students by understanding their language learning goals, communicating the value and benefits of Lingoda’s programs, and guiding them to the most suitable course and intensity.
Your tasks:
- Lead Conversion: Engage and nurture potential students through outbound phone calls, converting warm leads into paying customers
- Build a relationship with each lead to understand their language goals and personal needs.
- Sales Process Management: Use Lingoda’s CRM to manage leads, record call information, track progress, and ensure follow-ups are timely and effective.
- Continuously improve your understanding of Lingoda’s courses, offerings, and unique value propositions.
- Product Knowledge and Consultation: Provide comprehensive information on course features, schedules, teacher qualifications, and enrollment options.
- Tailor your communication to each potential student's needs, demonstrating how Lingoda can help them achieve their language goals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Report on sales activities and performance metrics to sales management.
- Customer Service Excellence: Offer friendly and informed support, building a positive experience for each lead from their first point of contact.
- Address any concerns or questions from potential students to ease the enrollment decision.
You bring to Lingoda:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a sales role, ideally within the e-learning, language, or online education industry
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- Sales Mindset: Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong motivation to achieve individual and team goals
- Customer-Centric: Ability to identify customer needs, empathize, and build trust to provide a high-quality customer experience.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) and familiar with basic online sales tools and software.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones as needed.
