About The Team:
This is a critical people leader role in our Revenue Operations organization. The team focuses on collaboration across departments and innovation to drive our customer experience. We are focused on building our systems and processes so we can work smart and move fast.
About The Role:
This role will lead a team of Salesforce Admins and Revenue Analysts.
Primary Objectives:
Provide data to drive insight and make decisions
Eliminate unnecessary administrative burden to the organization
Implement an intake and project management approach to critical initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategy and System Design: Define and align the Salesforce vision with business goals.
Configuration and Customization: Manage system setups, customizations, and integrations.
Data Management: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security within Salesforce.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with departments to tailor Salesforce to business needs.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
User Enablement: Provide training and resources for effective Salesforce use.
Reporting and Analytics: Deliver dashboards and insights for data-driven decisions.
System Maintenance: Keep Salesforce updated and secure.
Vendor Management: Oversee third-party apps and integrations.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Salesforce team members.
Governance and Compliance: Enforce policies to protect data and ensure compliance.
