Launch Operations Coordinator

    • Position Summary: The Launch Operations Coordinator – Academy Support plays a vital role in supporting academy operations by flexibly assisting with daily needs across classrooms, kitchen, transportation, and front office. This position serves as an operational bridge, ensuring continuity of care and excellence across academy functions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Support: 
    • Provide flexible coverage in classrooms, kitchen, or front desk as needed to maintain daily academy operations. 
    • Assist with transportation, food service (with current food handler certification), and other staffing gaps as they arise. 

    • Administrative Support: 
    • Support the Academy Director and Assistant Director with tasks such as supply inventory management, staff scheduling, event planning, and parent communication. 

    • Culture & Development: 
    • Serve as a culture ambassador by modeling Lionheart’s core values: Intentional Relationships, Tenacity, and a Heart to Serve. 
    • Actively participate in training, leadership development, and planning opportunities in preparation for future AAD placement. 

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education or academy operational support preferred. 
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Must maintain current CPR/First Aid, Food Handler certification, and meet transportation clearance requirements, if applicable. 
    • Reports to: Academy Director
    • Compensation: $47,000/year (full-time, exempt)
