Yeti ConfettiTM Kids, created by Lirvana Labs, is an AI-powered learning companion for children ages 3 - 9. Since launching in March 2023, Yeti Confetti Kids has provided over 160,000 minutes of AI-generated lessons to 15,000 families worldwide. We're focused on delivering a diverse range of English literacy, math, and social-emotional learning skills, reaching not only affluent communities but also partnering with organizations like Jusoor to support refugee children. We strive to make quality education accessible to all, leveraging the power of AI to create positive learning outcomes, even in the face of adversity. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to help shape the company’s narrative and messaging as we expand into new US markets for our B2B and B2C businesses. The Marketing Communications Manager will have a strong understanding of the various needs and pain points of educators and caregivers, and will craft and guide strategic messaging for the company. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Product and Partnership teams to deliver messaging and branding that help advance and support the mission, product, and business for Yeti Confetti Kids.

In this role, you will:

- Create and execute a communications strategy and roadmap that clarifies and amplifies the Yeti Confetti Kids mission, product and business
- Develop communications in support of company, business, and product announcements, for both internal and external audiences
- Partner with Design, Marketing, Partnership and Product teams to produce visually appealing and compelling assets to support effective storytelling
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities for executives at conferences, summits, events and more, and develop content accordingly, including social media engagement
- Partner with Marketing and PR agency on planning and executing external engagements as well as content creation
- Actively work on external communications with key stakeholders on press opportunities, including stories, thought leadership, panels, and social mediaCraft pitches, bios, award submissions, and other press material on behalf of the company

Bonus points If you have:
- Past experience in EdTech, Children’s Educational Media and Applications
- Deep understanding of the ecosystem of ”nurturers” surrounding an Early Childhood and Elementary child (School Leadership, Teachers, Education Thought Leaders, Family, Parenting)
