We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team and empower our product teams to achieve a higher level of self-service. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering actionable insights to support our business strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with product teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing robust analytical support.
    • Respond to ad-hoc requests from business via JIRA, conducting one-time analyses that inform key decisions.
    • Create and maintain interactive Tableau workbooks, ensuring they are refreshed regularly with the latest data, while carefully scoping project requirements.
    • Prepare and process data, making necessary calculations, and visualize the results in a clear and engaging manner to enhance understanding.
    • Play a pivotal role in developing data marts and self-service tools, making data accessible to various teams within the organization.

Requirements:

    • Knowledge of SQL, with a focus on writing and optimizing queries (experience with BigQuery is preferred).
    • Good knowledge of Tableau (or similar like Looker or PowerBI) for data visualization and analytics
    • Familiarity with Amplitude is a plus.
    • Openness to exploring AI technologies and embracing innovative solutions.
    • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex data insights in an understandable way.
    • A mindset of ownership and a proactive approach to questioning the status quo.

HOW WE WORK:
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km) follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
