Help us build powerful apps based on a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and out-of-the-box thinking!

Our team’s goal is simple: we deliver high-quality LiveChat integrations to third-party platforms like BigCommerce, Shopify, or Mailchimp, allowing our clients to expand the use of our products beyond their basic capabilities.

We cover integration use cases, such as ecommerce platforms, e-mail marketing, and website builders, to ensure deepened insights and understanding for our client’s customers.
We believe how clients use our apps is the best indicator of whether or not we’re doing a good job. We’re focused on gathering and analyzing data, and are not afraid to draw conclusions from them.

We formulate hypotheses and experiment.
And we’d like to welcome you to experiment with us!

About your role:

    • You will work as a member of a cross-functional product team that strives to deliver value to customers iteratively.
    • We operate within a very team-member-friendly implementation of Scrum.
    • You’re gonna help the Product Manager in the Product Discovery process and validation of business objectives.
    • You will:
    • design user flows, experiments, monetization ideas, and ways to retain customers;
    • identify areas that require UX/UI improvements;
    • actively collect feedback about UX/UI from our customers and stakeholders;
    • create prototypes;
    • advise on test scenarios;
    • collaborate in component creation and other Design System improvements;
    • have regular Design Review sessions with other Product Designers;
    • take ownership of the things we develop, design-wise;
    • believe in and advocate for cross-product consistency of UX/UI.

Our ideal candidate has:

    • Fluency working with Figma.
    • Well-defined experience in Product Design (knows good practices of UX Design, looks at product design holistically, and feels comfortable with good UI design practices).
    • Good work organization. You know how to correctly set priorities and manage complex projects without assistance.
    • Strong communication. You’re not afraid to communicate with customers, and you’re willing to align your ideas and visions with other product teams.
    • Teamwork approach. You work together with a team, leveraging available resources instead of single-playing the execution.
    • Curiosity. You proactively reach out to data and check the latest updates in design and its alignment with the current design system and UX practices.
