About the Role
We’re looking for a product-minded Fullstack Engineer to join our Growth R&D team. This is a high-impact engineering role focused on building web-based tools, experiments, and internal automations that power scalable user acquisition and engagement strategies.
You’ll work side-by-side with our Head of Growth to create, test, and iterate on product-led growth initiatives — from standalone tools (like Typing Speed Test or AI Email Generator) to data-driven content engines, automation frameworks, and internal growth infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack (React + Node.js/Fastify), thrives in fast-paced, experimental environments, and is excited about building things that go live quickly and are seen by millions of users.
This is not a feature factory — we build things that grow.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale fast, high-performance web applications and microtools
- Design and implement backend APIs and data pipelines using Node.js and Fastify
- Integrate third-party APIs and external data sources to power new products
- Maintain and evolve existing tools and platforms with a focus on performance and SEO
- Participate in growth experiments, prototyping, and rapid iteration cycles
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across projects
- Own the end-to-end delivery — from concept to deployment
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade fullstack applications
- Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js
- Experience with backend development (REST APIs, Fastify, or Express, async workflows)
- A product-focused mindset: you care about impact, not just code
- Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative engineering
- Strong understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and data flow
- Ability to work autonomously and iterate quickly based on feedback and metrics
- Bonus: experience working on tools, automations, or SEO-driven platforms
This role is perfect for a builder — a creative engineer who loves turning raw ideas into polished, working products. If you enjoy hacking on fast-moving projects and solving real-world problems through code, let’s talk.
