Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
- Craft and execute targeted account-based marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize for the best results.
- Embrace a culture of learning by experimenting boldly, learning from mistakes, and evolving strategies quickly.
- Act as a one-person department with the support of leadership, harnessing the autonomy to make meaningful contributions to the company’s sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in account-based marketing or a related field.
- A track record of successful demand generation and list-building initiatives.
- Proficiency with essential tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Clearbit, or equivalents.
- Knowledgeable in mid-market sales cycles and lead nurturing through skilled marketing communication.
- Skillful management of multiple marketing programs and campaigns.
- Fluent English.
- Stellar analytical and remote communication skills to excel in a remote work environment.
